Maryland Essentials for Childhood a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2014, mais les tremplins vers cette initiative d'impact collectif ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre forme des d\u00e9cennies plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\t

1974<\/h3>\n

La loi sur la pr\u00e9vention et le traitement de la maltraitance des enfants (CAPTA) est promulgu\u00e9e au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\t

1999<\/h3>\n
